The NAMCC is run by an Executive Committee (EC) that is elected by its members. Each of the five members of the EC serves a five year term. Vacancies are filled by appointment for the remainder of the term. Membership to the NAMCC is open to any Muslim person residing in the Austin and surrounding areas (including Round Rock, Georgetown, Cedar park, Leander, etc), and has paid annual dues of $100 per family. The organization is governed by a constitution and a set of by-laws.
