Take Lamar South Take 183 South All the way to HW 21, and make a Left on HWY 21 Right on 1854 Continue on it until the junction with CR 172 Continue on 172 for 2 miles, and slight right on CR 172 (Old San Antonio)

From NAMCC (2nd Way):

Take Lamar South Take 183 South till FM 812 (DJ Collins Road) Make a left in FM 812 Drive all they way to Old San Antonio Road. (Main Mark is Water Tank right before that Street) Old San Antonio is a small road. Don’t miss it! Take Old San Antonio Road (make a right only on it) Take it all the way until it seems to deadend (that will be the junction of CR 172) make a slight left, and the cemetery will be on your right hand.
