We currently hold 3 Friday Congregations due to the limitation of the Parking Lot compared to the number of attendees. Our Parking lot holds 275 cars per congregation. We ask that you try to car pool to the prayer as much as you can.
The times of the Friday prayers are constant through out the year, regardless of summer time.
Please note that in some days during the year, the First Friday Prayer will be held before the Zawal* time. Our Imam agrees that this is permissible. This is also the opinion of the great scholar Imam Ahmad Ibn Hanbal. However, The second prayer will always be after the Zawal time. So, if you prefer to pray after the Zawal, please attend the second prayer.
At the end of the prayer, please leave immediately and remove your car especially if you are blocking any one. Violators will be towed at owner’s expense.
When you leave the Friday Prayer, NO LEFT TURN is allowed on Lamar Blvd. ALL TRAFFIC MUST TURN RIGHT. You can make a left only when you drive on Lamar Blvd until North Bend Drive.
For your safety, and our kids’ safety, please be observe the Speed limit inside the Masjid which is 5 miles per hour.
*Zawal time: is the time when the sun is in the middle of the sky. In general, Zuhur prayer time starts after Zawal time.
